1. Scope
The following Terms of Business apply for all electronically transmitted orders to vonRoll hydro (shop) gmbh, and are accepted by you with each order.

2. Prices
The prices stated at the time of the Internet order apply. The specified prices include the applicable sales tax (or VAT). The relevant shipping costs (according to the details under point 3) are charged in addition to the end price. We reserve the right to make changes to the price and structuring of our range of products.

3. Ordering
The details of your order are emailed to you after the ordering process for your information. This detailed statement also contains the various methods of payment to be completed by you in advance. The customer bears the risk of any non-resolvable, defective transmission of data during the order process. However, the legal order does not enter into force until the total sum has been transferred. If no advance payment is made by the customer within 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Withdrawal
A purchase agreement comes into being between the customer and vonRoll hydro (shop) GmbH as a result of the online or telephone order and immediate advance payment for the ordered goods. However, vonRoll hydro (shop) GmbH can withdraw from the contract within 7 days, without stating reasons. If an advance payment has been made, the relevant paid amount will be promptly refunded.

5. Delivery
The ordered goods are delivered as quickly as possible by the manufacturer after receipt of payment, subject to the product's availability (the delivery periods on the website apply). If all ordered products are not in stock, we reserve the right to make part deliveries. Delivery by us is subject to the reservation that we ourselves are correctly and punctually supplied, and we are not responsible for lack of availability of the product. Compensation on account of delivery made too late or not at all is excluded. Deliveries abroad are charged separately and calculated at the currently valid exchange rate. All goods are sent to the address specified by the purchaser. The delivery risks and dangers pass to the purchaser when the goods are handed over to the transport company.

6. Returns
You are entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 7 days after receipt of the goods. If the goods do not meet your expectations, you have the option of returning the goods within these 7 days. Timely dispatch of the goods in perfect condition in the original packaging by post suffices for compliance with the return period. Costs of return are to be paid by the customer. After receiving the returned goods, we will refund the end price paid by you, without the shipping costs. The return of damaged or used goods entitles us to assert claims for compensation. Modified or specially manufactured goods may not be returned. Furthermore, a sum of Sfr. 50 must be paid for newly ordered goods in a customized design as compensation in the event of a return within the specified 7 days, as these are individually manufactured.

7. Technical data
All product data is non-binding. In particular, we reserve the right to make modifications in design and technology, and assume no responsibility for errors in description, illustration and pricing. We assume no responsibility for misprints and changes to our product ranges of which you are unaware. Delivery is always at the customer's risk. We expressly reserve the right to make modifications, modifications in design and technical further developments of our products.

8. Data protection & privacy
vonRoll hydro (shop) GmbH promises to comply with the regulations of the Swiss Data Protection Act and pertinent legal norms in the collection, processing and use of personal data. The customer data collected during order processing is only processed, stored and used for internal purposes. Such data is only passed on to third parties to the extent that this is essential for proper service provision. The customer agrees to this use of his data. In addition, he is entitled at any time, upon request, to view the data stored in relation to him and to forbid its use for internal marketing purposes.

9. Warranty / Liability for defects
The warranty period commences from the date of purchase. Unless otherwise agreed, the warranty period is 12 months. Wearing parts are excluded. The warranty shall lapse in particular if inappropriate modifications or repairs are made to the products. Insofar as permitted by the legal requirements, liability for damages is excluded; in particular, vonRoll hydro (shop) gmbH assumes no liability for damages resulting from inappropriate use or natural wear or for damages that have not been caused to the product itself (consequential damages due to defects).

10. Validity
Our products are supplied under the Terms of Business specified herein. Deviating conditions of the customer cannot be recognised, even if not expressly opposed. Should individual terms of these General Terms of Business be ineffective, this shall not affect the effectiveness of the other terms.

11. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
These General Terms of Business are subject to Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Oensingen
